Building Code 9.36 Energy Modeling
9.36 building code came into effect in 2016 in Alberta, and we were on the cusp of that change, being the first company to submit 9.36 code documentation to the City of Calgary. Since then, we have completed performance path energy modeling for thousands of residential projects, and our three major customers are still with us. The primary reason is the very low rate of rejections from the AHJs, as our energy modeling documents have a very high accuracy rate. This is due to the 3 stage process of review done on each house prior to sending to the customer. Additionally, we offer very reasonable rates for our services.
Energuide Ratings
Energuide ratings are the mainstay of our business at Enervibe. Four of our customers have been rating their houses for many years, resulting in thousands of Energuide ratings under our belts. We take pride in the accuracy of our ratings, and help our customers meet their energy efficiency needs with analysis of their specifications.
Built Green Labeling
Built Green has become a very popular program, and many builders are recognizing the benefits of this great program. Some of our builder customers participate by labelling their homes as Built Green Certified.
Net Zero Labeling
Find out if Net Zero is right for you. We provide consulting services to determine the right mix of HVAC and insulation levels to achieve a Net Zero rating on residential projects. We can help with CHBA and Built Green Net Zero labelling as well.
Blower Door Testing and Thermal Imaging
Interested in making your homes more airtight. Ask us about our pre-drywall leakage testing, combined with thermal imaging, to ensure that the major leakage areas are identified and resolved.
